1. Data controller

2. Data we process

• Account: email, name (if you add it), language and sign-up time.
• Membership and payment: subscription, purchased credits and invoices (cards are handled by Stripe – we never see your card number).
• Content you write: chats, input to AI agents, apps you build, your business profile and OutlierIntel analyses.
• Usage: which AI models you use, tokens, credits and timestamps – for billing and to prevent abuse.
• Course progress and quiz results.
• Consents: whether you subscribed to the newsletter, when and how.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Providing the service you signed up for (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) – contract).
• Newsletters – only if you said yes (Art. 6(1)(a) – consent). You can withdraw consent at any time.
• Security and abuse prevention, e.g. monitoring unusual usage (Art. 6(1)(f) – legitimate interest).
• Keeping payment records for 5 years under Danish bookkeeping law (Art. 6(1)(c) – legal obligation).

4. AI and what you write

When you use chat, agents, Builder or OutlierIntel, your text is sent to the selected AI model to create the answer. Models are provided by the vendors listed below via Vercel’s AI gateway.

We do not use your content to train AI models, and we use the vendors’ API access, where content is not used for training under their terms. Do not share sensitive personal data (e.g. other people’s health data) in your messages.

When you use the microphone to dictate, your browser performs the speech recognition itself (e.g. Google in Chrome or Apple in Safari). We only receive the final text – never the audio recording.

5. Processors and transfers outside the EU

We use these vendors, who may only process data on our instructions. Transfers to the US rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the EU Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

• Supabase – Database, sign-in and storage (EU (DE))
• Vercel – Website hosting and AI gateway (EU/US)
• Resend – Sending sign-in emails and newsletters (EU (IE))
• Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Mistral, DeepSeek, Perplexity – AI models that process what you write in chat, agents, Builder and apps (Perplexity also for web search) (US/EU)
• Composio – Connections to your own apps (e.g. Gmail, calendar, HubSpot) – only if you connect them under Integrations (US)
• Stripe – Payments and invoicing (EU/US)
• Simply.com – Domain and support email (EU (DK))

6. Retention

• Account and content: as long as you have an account. Deleting your account deletes everything immediately.
• AI request log (abuse monitoring): 30 days.
• Payments and invoices: 5 years at Stripe under bookkeeping law.
• Consent log: as long as the account exists, so we can document your choice.

7. Cookies

We only use necessary cookies: to keep you signed in and to remember your language, light/dark theme and demo access. We use no tracking, advertising cookies or third-party analytics.

8. Your rights

• Access and portability: download all your data under Account → Privacy and data.
• Erasure: delete your account under Account → Privacy and data.
• Rectification, restriction and objection: write to us.
• Withdrawing consent: unsubscribe under Account or via the link in every email.
• Complaints: you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, datatilsynet.dk, or your local authority.
