Terms

Effective 6 November 2026 · terms-2026-11-06 · Privacy policy

These terms apply when you use InsiderBrain: the website, AI chat, agents, Build with AI, courses, the library, apps and the film and music studio. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms. Please read sections 8–12 on AI content and liability in particular.

1. Who we are

InsiderBrain is provided by Jakobsen Global ApS · CVR 46767136 · Hold-An Vej 61, 2750 Ballerup, Danmark · +45 60 89 88 88. Contact: info@insiderbrain.com. "We" and "us" mean Jakobsen Global ApS.

2. Account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • Your account is personal. You may not share your login or let others use your account, and you are responsible for all activity on it.
  • If you create the account for a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it. The business is then the customer.

3. Free plan, membership and cancellation

  • Memberships are paid monthly or yearly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. All prices include VAT.
  • You can cancel at any time under Account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and you keep access until then. Started periods are not refunded unless section 6 or mandatory law gives you that right.
  • The Free plan requires no payment and no card. It gives limited access and a limited number of free messages and credits, which we may change. Paid memberships have no trial period, but you can cancel at any time, see above and section 6.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email. The change applies from your next billing period, and you can cancel before then.

4. Payment

Payments are handled by Stripe, and we never see your card number. Where Stripe appears as the seller on your receipt, Stripe resells the purchase and handles VAT and receipts, and Stripe’s purchase terms also apply to the payment itself. These terms govern your use of the service.

5. Credits

  • Credits are a prepaid usage unit consumed when AI works for you. The credit price is shown before you create films and music. In chat and agents, usage depends on the length of the answer and the chosen model.
  • Your membership includes a number of credits each month, and extra credits can be bought in packs. Unused credits do not expire while your account exists. Without an active membership, they can only be used for what the service gives you access to.
  • Credits are not money. They cannot be exchanged, transferred or sold, and they are not refunded except under section 6 or mandatory law. If you delete your account, your credits lapse.
  • If a film or music order fails, your credits are returned automatically. If you are charged incorrectly, we will correct it.
  • We may change how many credits an action costs. Changes only apply to future usage, and the price is always shown in the app.

6. Right of withdrawal (consumers only)

  • As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day of purchase.
  • Membership: if you withdraw within 14 days, you get your money back, minus an amount for the part of the period you had access, because you asked for access to start immediately.
  • Credit packs: unused credits are refunded in full if you withdraw within 14 days. When you use credits, you ask us to deliver immediately and accept that you lose the right of withdrawal for the credits you have used.
  • To withdraw, email info@insiderbrain.com stating that you withdraw from the purchase. You may, but do not have to, use the EU model withdrawal form. We refund within 14 days of receiving your message, using the same payment method.
  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to business customers.

7. The service and changes

  • AI models are provided by third parties (e.g. Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Suno and others). We may add, replace or remove models, apps, courses and features to keep the service good and responsible.
  • We work to keep the service running, but cannot promise uninterrupted operation. Outages at AI providers, hosting or payments may affect the service.
  • Apps opened via InsiderBrain (e.g. GrowthPulse and NutriTrack) may have their own terms, which also apply.

8. AI answers and advice

  • You are interacting with artificial intelligence, not a human, unless clearly stated otherwise.
  • AI can make mistakes. Answers may be wrong, outdated or incomplete, even when they sound convincing. You must check answers yourself before acting on them.
  • Content is not professional advice, whether legal, tax, financial, medical, psychological or nutritional. Consult a qualified professional for important decisions.
  • Diet and health features are general information and do not replace a doctor, dietitian or treatment. See a doctor in case of illness, pregnancy, eating disorders or medication.
  • Sources and links from web search come from third parties, which we do not vouch for.

9. Films and music made with AI

The studio creates films and music with third-party AI models (e.g. Google Veo and Suno) via a technical provider. We do not control what the models were trained on. The following applies, and you accept it separately the first time you use the studio:

  • Rights: to the extent any rights arise in what you create and we hold them, we assign them to you. You may use the content privately and commercially within these terms and the law.
  • No guarantee of copyright or uniqueness: content made solely by AI is generally not protected by copyright under Danish, EU and US law. Others may get similar results. We do not guarantee that content is unique or that it does not resemble existing works, melodies, lyrics, people or trademarks.
  • Your responsibility: you alone are responsible for how you use, publish, share and monetise the content. Before commercial use (e.g. ads, streaming, sales or sync), you must make sure it does not infringe anyone’s rights.
  • Streaming and collecting societies: follow the rules of e.g. Spotify, YouTube and your collecting society. You may not register purely AI-made music as your own work where the rules require human authorship.
  • Labelling: you must disclose that content is AI-generated where the law requires it, including the EU AI Act for realistic images, audio and video of people, places or events, and where platforms require it. You may not remove watermarks or metadata showing the content is AI-made, or give the impression that it is real footage or human-made.
  • Prohibited: you may not request, upload or create content that (a) imitates named artists, bands, songs or voices, (b) uses lyrics, melodies, characters, logos or images you do not have the rights to, (c) depicts real, identifiable people without their consent, including deepfakes of politicians and celebrities, (d) is sexual content involving minors (always prohibited and reported) or non-consensual sexual content, (e) promotes violence, terrorism, hatred or harassment, or (f) is meant to mislead, e.g. fake news, election manipulation, fraud or impersonation.
  • Images you upload must be your own or ones you have the right to use, and people in them must have consented.
  • We may refuse orders, delete content and close accounts in case of violations, and we report illegal content to the authorities.
  • Your files are stored until you delete them or close your account. We are not a backup service, so download what you want to keep.

10. Apps published on Appland

  • You can publish apps you made in Build with AI at an address under appland.dk. The app is public to anyone with the link and can be shown in the gallery if you choose.
  • You are the publisher of the app and responsible for its content and for its compliance with the law, e.g. marketing and consumer law and the rights of others. If the app collects personal data, you are the data controller under the GDPR.
  • Prohibited: apps that ask for passwords, national eIDs, payment cards, national ID numbers or bank details; that imitate banks, authorities or other businesses; fraud, malware, spam, illegal content and anything prohibited under section 9.
  • We automatically safety-check apps when they are published. This does not relieve you of responsibility. We may remove or block apps without notice if we suspect misuse or after a report.
  • Each app shows a small "Made with InsiderBrain" label with an option to report the app. It must not be removed or hidden.
  • The address does not belong to you. We may reclaim it in case of misuse, infringement of name or trademark rights, or when your membership ends. Apps are paused 14 days after your membership has expired. How many apps you can have published depends on your membership.
  • Appland Data: If your app uses the built-in database, you are the data controller for the information the app collects, and you must inform visitors and have a lawful basis. You may not collect sensitive data or data about children, nor anything prohibited above.
  • Data processing: For this data we are your data processor. We process it only on your instructions, which are these terms and your use of the service: to store it and show it to you and in the app for as long as the app is published. Our staff are bound by confidentiality, data is encrypted in transit and separated per app, and we assist you with data subject rights and notify you without undue delay of a security breach. You accept our sub-processors Supabase (database, EU) and Vercel (hosting) and will be told before we change them so you can object. You can get the information that shows compliance by writing to us.
  • Deletion: You can view, export and delete inbox and shared data under Data in Build with AI. Personal data can only be seen by the visitor. All of the app's data is deleted when you take the app offline or delete it. This cannot be undone, so export first. We are not a backup service.
  • Appland is provided without any uptime guarantee and is not suitable for critical systems.

11. Limitation of liability

  • The service and all AI content are provided "as is". We do not guarantee that content is accurate, lawful for your particular purpose or fit for a particular use.
  • We are not liable for indirect losses, e.g. lost revenue, profit, data or goodwill, or for third-party claims arising from your use of AI content.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
  • We are not liable for events beyond our control (force majeure), e.g. outages at AI providers, hosting, the internet or payment services.
  • These limitations do not apply in case of intent or gross negligence, or where mandatory law, including consumer protection, gives you more rights.

12. Indemnity

If you use the service in breach of these terms or the law, e.g. by publishing AI content that infringes others’ rights, you must indemnify Jakobsen Global ApS against claims, damages and reasonable legal costs we incur as a result. For consumers, this applies to the extent permitted by law.

13. Your content

  • You own what you write and upload. You grant us the right to process it as far as necessary to provide the service. How we process personal data is described in the privacy policy.
  • You warrant that you have the right to what you upload and write, and that it does not infringe others.
  • We do not use your content to train AI models.

14. Our rights and fair use

  • The platform, courses, books, audiobooks, texts, design and code belong to Jakobsen Global ApS or our licensors. Membership gives you a personal right to use them while you are a member.
  • You may not copy, share, resell or publish courses, books or audiobooks.
  • You may not use bots, scraping or automated access beyond the features we offer, circumvent security, payment or usage limits, or use the service to develop competing AI models.

15. Reporting illegal content and account closure

  • Illegal content can be reported to info@insiderbrain.com. Tell us where it is and why it is illegal. We handle reports promptly and reply to you.
  • In case of material breach, we may suspend or close your account. We give you a reason unless the law prevents it. To the extent the law allows, credits and payments are not refunded on closure due to a breach.
  • You can delete your account at any time under Account → Privacy and data.

16. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. Material changes are announced at least 30 days in advance by email or in the app. If you keep using the service after the change, you accept the new terms. If you do not accept them, you can cancel before the change takes effect.

17. Governing law and disputes

  • Danish law applies. If you are a consumer in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country.
  • Please contact us first at info@insiderbrain.com. We can usually find a solution.
  • Consumers can complain to the Danish Consumer Complaints Board, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark (naevneneshus.dk). If you live in another EU country, the European Consumer Centre in your country can help.
  • Disputes with business customers are settled by the court in Glostrup (Retten i Glostrup), Denmark, as the first instance.
